Vendor Application: HDCH Eat, Give & Be Merry Market

Call to Vendors!

Register to sell your craft or business at HDCH’s first non-juried Vendor Marketplace.  The Marketplace will be a feature in the HDCH gym at the 2024 Eat, Give & Be Merry HDCH Event.

Vendors at this Marketplace are not permitted to sell food.

 

Rental Fees:

8×8’ vendor space is available to rent for $80.  Chairs will be provided.

 

Mandatory Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)  

A $30 discount can be applied to the booth fee to cover the approximate cost of the Liability Insurance.  

(note: participating HDCH staff and students are not required to obtain a COI).   

 

6’ Table is available to rent for $10

Vendors may bring in their own table and are responsible for their own display and setup.  Tables must be covered with a floor length tablecloth (not provided).  Extension cords and power bars are not permitted.  

 

Setup: Friday April 12, 4-9pm.   

 

When all three steps are completed, your Vendor Application will be reviewed, and you will receive confirmation.
