DESCRIPTION:Call to Vendors! \nRegister to sell your craft or business at HDCH’s first non-juried Vendor Marketplace.  The Marketplace will be a feature in the HDCH gym at the 2024 Eat\, Give & Be Merry HDCH Event.    \n \nHDCH Eat\, Give & Be Merry \nFree Admission \nOnline Auction & pre-sale \nHandheld sandwiches for breakfast & lunch \nPop up Coffee Shop \nHDCH Food & Fresh Flower Marketplace \nVendor Marketplace \nChildren’s Activities \nRaffle \n  \nVendors at this Marketplace are not permitted to sell food. \n  \nRental Fees: \n8×8’ vendor space is available to rent for $80.  Chairs will be provided. \n  \nMandatory Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)   \nA $30 discount can be applied to the booth fee to cover the approximate cost of the Liability Insurance.   \n(note: participating HDCH staff and students are not required to obtain a COI).    \n  \n6’ Table is available to rent for $10 \nVendors may bring in their own table and are responsible for their own display and setup.  Tables must be covered with a floor length tablecloth (not provided).  Extension cords and power bars are not permitted.   \n  \nSetup: Friday April 12\, 4-9pm.    \n  \n\nSubmit your Registration & Payment via the form below.\nComplete our online application – https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSccNH55Rd2mvoHeptA2v59UPb4wJzO_GaDeJwYtSeUXpS7e8g/viewform?usp=sf_link\nSubmit a certificate of $2M Liability Insurance (COI) to sosinga@hdch.org.  If you do not have coverage\, you can apply using this link:  https://schoolrental.insurecert.com/ona/?refreshed=false\nVendors may apply a $30 discount to their registration to offset the fee.  \n\nWhen all three steps are completed\, your Vendor Application will be reviewed\, and you will receive confirmation.
